The format
Each event brings together a select number of companies for a day of competitive pairs padel at a premium venue. Companies enter a team of six, three pairs, who compete individually for company points across a structured group stage, before the top pairs from leading companies progress to a knockout finale. It is competitive enough to matter and accessible enough that nobody feels out of their depth, whether they have played padel before or are picking up a racket for the first time. The format is designed so that every player gets meaningful court time, every company has genuine skin in the game and the leaderboard keeps the energy high from the first point to the last.
The networking layer
What separates our padel events from a standard venue booking is what happens around the court. From the moment your company registers, Fieldwork begins building the room. Every entering business receives an update introducing the other companies, and we facilitate curated introductions between businesses on request before the event has even taken place. On the day the schedule is designed to create natural interaction, rotation formats, shared hospitality and a post-play reception that gives people time to have proper conversations rather than just collect business cards.
